Shipping policy

Standard ground shipping takes 5-7 business days to arrive. Turnaround Time: Shipping is processed in house during normal business hours. All orders will be processed from Monday through Saturday between the hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm. Ready to ship items orders placed are shipped next business day, custom tumblers ship within a 10 to 14 business day, all other items are shipped with in 2 to 5 business days. Local Pickup: If you select local pickup, we will not ship the product to you. You will receive a notification by email when product is ready for pickup.
