Please remember this is a handmade item and while we strive to provide 100% Satisfaction it is not always possible to achieve. Therefore it is possible that some light imperfections may be present. Each item is inspected prior to shipping to avoid and correct any minor issues.

If an item is found to be truly defective upon arrival, a repair or replacement can be arranged. I will need pictures of your item within 3 days of delivery. Any indication of an item being dropped, microwaved, placed in dishwasher, left in a hot vehicle, or any violation of care instruction provided will not warrant a replacement.

Each item is prepared and photographed and provided to you for your approval prior to final customization.
Once approved, the items final customization will be completed and deemed as accepted.
No refunds will be provided after this point for any issues relating to customization, including spelling errors, font, layout, etc. If after approval and final customization an error is discovered, a correction can be arranged at an additional cost.
